M&D was founded, and continues to be focused on the use of high-tech computer solutions to engineering problems.

Our primary tool is the use use of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software to solve complex engineering problems with detail and precision. We use the latest FEA software including ANSYS, ABAQUS, and STAAD-III. We also utilize SASSI (System for Analysis of Soil-Structure Interaction) and Phi-Delta's STRUDL (STRUctural Design Language).

For Traffic Accident Analysis, we utilize HVE-2D the 2D Human-Vehicle-Environment as well as EDSMACS and EDCRASH.

To accelerate classical engineering hand calculations, we take advantage of the power of MathCAD and TK Solver.

We also use the finest in drawing tools including AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design and CAD drafting.

And of course, what business would be complete without Microsoft Office for producing the highest quality finished product. We also publish our reports using Acrobat PDF format.

Finite Element Analysis and other advanced engineering software requires cutting-edge computing power. We use the latest high-powered computers from Dell featuring Intel Pentium 4 processors for fast computer analysis.
